Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to generate leads and set appointments for the Account Executive team.
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to outreach and engage with potential leads, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients to create targeted lists for outbound sales efforts.
Qualify leads through initial screening and assessment to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for potential sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results.
Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed set quotas for calls, emails, and qualified leads on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role in sales or marketing.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
Experience with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales automation tools.
Ability to conduct research and use data to inform outreach strategies.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
