Jr. MERN Developer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding and practical experience with the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. Additionally, knowledge of Redis and NextJS is essential. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building efficient and scalable web applications, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js (MERN stack).
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
Implement user-facing features with React, ensuring optimal performance on web platforms.
Work with Node.js and Express to develop server-side logic and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Utilize MongoDB for data storage and effectively manage database operations.
Integrate Redis as a session store or for caching to enhance application performance.
Develop and maintain applications using NextJS, optimizing for server-side rendering and static site generation.
Collaborate with the development team to design and launch new features.
Follow emerging technologies and frameworks that can improve application development processes or user experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with Redis and NextJS is a must.
Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side APIs integration.
Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
