Responsibilities:
Develop and post job advertisements on job boards like Indeed, Naukri, and other relevant platforms.
Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and to connect with potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Work closely with the HR team to refine and improve the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with other HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record in sourcing candidates and filling job vacancies.
Strong familiarity with job boards (Indeed, Naukri, etc.) and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) used for recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
